IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dear Shadow Pines HOA,

Beginning June 1, the Board of Directors will assume the management responsibilities for The Pines HOA.

This change will not affect any prior payments made; however, all future payments will need to be sent to 1905 W. Morton Unit 8. There is a secure locking mailbox outside of Unit 8 for those who wish to drop off payments.

A PO Box will be coming soon for those residents who wish to continue mailing payments.

Furthermore, late rent payments and grace periods stay the same.

We appreciate your cooperation and any questions or concerns should be directed to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors are excited about the new changes and look forward to making this community an even greater place to call home.
